When you start the software each day, the Tip of the Day window
will appear displaying a different tip every day. You can clear the Show
tips at start up check box in this window if you do not want the Tip
of the Day to appear automatically when you start the software. If you
clear the check box, you can later see a tip by selecting Tip of the Day from
the Help menu on the main menu.
You can maintain this tip using tip of the day maintenance as below:
System Management =>Company Maintenance=>Tip of the Day
Like any other program in Epicor, By Using this program you can add a new tip and modify or delete an existing ones and you set the tip to active and inactive and you can modify the default tips came with Epicor.
Are there any additional steps to modifying the Tip of the Day Display?
ReplyDeleteI have inactivated most of the tips, but they still show in the Popup Window. I tried to restart my client, my computer, and I even tried to delete the unwanted Tips (they just reappeared).
I appreciate any advice you can provide on this matter.

DeleteIn the Popup window, there is a check box and you can clear it and the popup window will not show again.
